Service Cancellation and Modem Return
NEW SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY (SATISFACTION GURANTEE)

gotW3 is a pre-paid monthly service that can be cancelled at any time.

There are no long term contracts and no early termination fees.

If you are unsatisfied with your new service, you may cancel within the first 14 days, and you will receive a refund of the prepaid service plan (less $25) for the unused portion of the first month.

If you cancel service in mid-month, you will not be refunded or receive a credit for the unused portion on the prepaid month.

If you shut your service off, or if the service is shut off or disconnected for any reason, you may have to purchase a new sim card if you wish to reactivate your system at a later date.


EQUIPMENT RETURNS

Activated Modems may be returned for refund less a $50.00 restocking fee within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied with your new service. They must be in "LIKE NEW" condition and sent to delivered to us prepaid in their original packaging. You must call Nationwide Mobile Internet and get an RA Number prior to returning your equipment. Equipment returned without an RA number will be rejected.

After 14 days, there is no return or refund on activated modems.

SIM CARDS

There are no refunds on SIM Cards.
