IS THERE A COMPLICATED SETUP PROCESS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ROUTER?

Not at all! We've streamlined this for your convenience. Simply turn it on and you're ready to go! Remember, your 4G LTE signal is directly proportional to the speed/bandwidth you'll experience. Building structure type and environmental obstructions can also affect the signal strength as well.

CAN I PLAY VIDEO GAMES WITH THE gotW3 HIGH SPEED INTERNET?

We have satisfactorily tested our internet with the following video games: FIFA, Minecraft, 
Call of Duty, DOTA 2, Overwatch, Counter-Strike, Starcraft 2, Fallout 4 and more. 

I AM AN OVER THE ROAD, CROSS COUNTRY TRUCKER. WILL THIS SERVICE WORK FOR ME?

Yes! The cellular network covers most of the highways across the USA. There will be areas, when you get off the beaten path (just like with your cell phone) that there will be little or no service. Call the team at 1-877-331-8295 to see if your area is covered.

CAN I CONNECT MY ALARM SYSTEM TO THE gotW3 INTERNET SERVICE?

Yes! The gotW3 High-Speed Internet is just like having cable or DSL internet, only the service is delivered nationwide over the cellular network.

WILL MY SERVICE SPEED UP AND SLOW DOWN AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY?

Because we operate on the cellular network, just like your cell phone, you may experience different speeds depending on your location.

I’M 17, CAN I ORDER gotW3 INTERNET?

No, you must be 18 years of age or older to order our unlimited data plans and have a valid credit card on file for your monthly subscription fee.

CAN I CONNECT MY SECURITY CAMERAS TO MY gotW3 MODEM?

Yes! The gotW3 internet service will allow you to connect to the internet and view your cameras remotely. We recommend that the cameras be set to a lower resolution so you do not have issues with our Fair Access Policy. (FAP) 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE SERVICE AND IT DOESN'T WORK IN MY AREA?

The gotW3 service comes with a 14 Day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied with your new internet service, you can cancel the service within the first 14 days and receive a refund, minus $25, for account setup and time used. See our Satisfaction Guarantee in the above section.

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

I CANNOT PAY FOR MY SERVICE NEXT MONTH, CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?

This is a PREPAID, UNLIMITED INTERNET DATA PLAN. We are forced to suspend your account if payment isn’t completed on your recurring subscription date. You can however reconnect your service at any time with a $25 reconnection fee.

I ONLY NEED SERVICE A FEW MONTHS OF THE YEAR. CAN I TURN THIS SERVICE ON AND OFF AS NEEDED?

The gotW3 is a pre-paid service that does not require any term agreement, however, at this time, you will be required to purchase a new Sim card ($5 each) if your service is shut off for more than a few days. 

I HAVE A CONSTRUCTION SITE THAT I NEED INTERNET AT. CAN I USE THE gotW3 SERVICE THERE?

At this time, the gotW3 high speed internet service is only available to residential, RV, Trucking and Marine users. For business plans and internet service, click on the 'Business Class Internet' link at the top of the page.

CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY ROUTER? CAMP WITH IT? TAKE IT TO GRANDMA'S HOUSE?

These are wireless mobile routers, and can be used "on the move". We've tested them on interstates in vehicles, camping in national parks, our friends houses, Grandma's house and everywhere else. This being said, there are definitely times when heading into wooded areas or valleys/mountains, that the signal will cut out. However, if you are on open roads with many cell towers around then it's relatively steady. Think of our routers like your cell phone… you have coverage a lot of the time but not all of the time. We would recommend using it in one place overall, but traveling with them is quite nice. Just don't expect perfect constant signal everywhere.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I USE ON 1 ROUTER?

This depends on the connected devices and can range from 10-25 per router. 

WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE SPEEDS OF gotW3 INTERNET PLANS?

The speeds of all of our plans are 4G LTE speeds and they depend entirely on how close you are to the cell towers in your area. We've had reports of over 45 MBPS from those that are right under a tower with LTE all the way down to 1 MBPS that are far away from one. 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND DO YOU RUN A CREDIT CHECK? ARE THESE REALLY MONTH TO MONTH PLANS?

All of our plans require no contract, and no credit checks! Yes, these are month to month prepaid subscription plans! Each payment prepays your next 30 days. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime. You own your router and can restart your gotW3 subscription at any time. Additionally, our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device for a complete refund of your order total less a $25 account and a $40 modem restocking fee.

WHY IS ONE PLAN CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER? DO I GET ANYTHING MORE FOR MY MONEY?

The price difference comes down to the varied cost of service for the best carrier in your area. We find the lowest price with the best signal in your coverage area for the best experience.  

DO ANY OF YOUR gotW3 PLANS THROTTLE?

No. Here's how it works. If you live in downtown Los Angeles and try to surf during rush hour, you may not receive the highest speeds because the cell towers get clogged. Unless something similar like this happens to you, then all should be well. Put it this way, we haven't had any complaints. Legally we have to let you know that where you will be utilizing our routers, the major carriers may be working on the cell towers close to you that could slow you down. That usually doesn't happen, but occasionally it does. We have no control over possible network optimizations being conducted by major carriers if any of their towers are being updated or de-prioritized.

ONCE I SUBSCRIBE TO ONE OF YOUR PLANS, DO I OWN THE ACCOUNT AND THE DEVICE?

You are the owner of the device. When subscribing to gotW3 Internet you are responsible for paying for your first month of service as well as the upfront cost of the device. We do have a 14-Day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service minus $25 (plus a $40 restocking fee for the device). You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime with NO Cancellation Fee! Easy, Simple, Clean!

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MY UNLIMITED PHONE PLAN?

Unlimited phone plans are ONLY unlimited for PHONE data use. Unlimited phone plans only allow 5GB-10GB of tethering (the ability to use the phones data with your computer, tablet, or other connected devices). That is the equivalent of streaming a couple of HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, the gotW3 internet plans and devices can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for 250 GB of unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection.
